Our TLT Sports School Program is a high-energy program introducing children to the fundamentals of different sports while increasing all of their motor skills and exposure to competition in age appropriate manner. Through constructive and engaging games and positive reinforcement, children will begin to experience the the thrill of playing sports and being active. Throughout the season we will focus on utilizing creative and imaginative games to focus on all basic sports skills. We focus on building behaviour repertoire and character such as respect, teamwork and appreciation.

We are looking for coaches in which they would be responsible for assisting the team in evaluating players and their needs over a certain timeframe. Their duties include adhering to the individual or group sport curriculum developed by the team and provide the players with specialized guidance, observing players on and off site and drafting reports to relay their progress to a senior staff members and families.
